About the role
The DevOps Engineer II will join Fabletics’ DevOps team to own and improve high‑scale infrastructure spanning Kubernetes, cloud‑native AWS services and on‑prem VM workloads, supporting a large portfolio of services and driving automation, reliability and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering role
- Hands‑on experience with production Kubernetes
- Solid experience with CI/CD workflow automation tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar)
- Solid AWS experience – EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch minimum
- Experience working in Linux/VM‑based infrastructure
- Hands‑on experience with IaC tools (Terraform or equivalent) and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Familiarity with Nexus Sonatype or similar artifact repository management
- Comfortable with on‑call responsibilities, incident triage and resolution in distributed systems
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and/or Node.js
- Nice to have: background in observability platform evaluation or implementation (Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/OpenSearch)
- Nice to have: experience at a high‑growth or large‑scale e‑commerce/retail tech company
