About the role
As a Data Scientist/Engineer on the large (200+ members) Data Science team, you will drive the US Health payment‑integrity roadmap, building multi‑modal data pipelines and LLM‑based solutions, experimenting with agentic AI, and leading client workshops to shape product direction.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in data science and healthcare insurance payment integrity
- Expert proficiency in production‑level object‑oriented programming (OOP) for scalable systems
- Hands‑on experience with large language models and generative AI (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, model tuning) using OpenAI/Anthropic or open‑source variants
- Strong foundation in ML fundamentals and full ML lifecycle (evaluation, monitoring, versioning, deployment)
- Experience designing and implementing robust data pipelines for document, OCR, and multi‑modal data workflows
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI, A2A/MCP integrated with Databricks or Azure‑hosted models
- Ability to engage with clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Deep expertise in Databricks ecosystem: Mosaic AI, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake; Spark architecture knowledge a plus
- Experience using MLflow for experiment tracking, prompt engineering in AI Playground, and model evaluation
