Data Scientist, Analytics

About the role

The Data Scientist will own end‑to‑end analytics products—defining metrics, building dbt models, creating dashboards, improving data quality, and enabling self‑serve analytics—while partnering with product, GTM, finance and operations teams to turn business questions into actionable insights and support measurement, experimentation and strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

• Experience using data to answer business questions and influence decisions
• Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar data‑transformation tools
• Experience building analytical data models and communicating insights through BI or visualization tools
• Working knowledge of Python for analysis, automation or statistical modeling
• Strong stakeholder partnership, communication and judgment balancing speed, rigor and maintainability
• Preferred: Partnering with Growth, Marketing, Revenue Operations or other GTM teams on acquisition, funnel, lifecycle or marketing analytics
• Preferred: Designing and analyzing geo experiments or other quasi‑experimental studies
• Preferred: Building or applying statistical models such as lead scoring, forecasting or segmentation
• Preferred: Creating internal tools or automations that improve how teams work
• Preferred: Experience working in healthcare, fintech or other complex, regulated domains
