About the role
The Data Engineer IV is a senior technical leader who designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions on Azure (Databricks, Data Factory, Spark, Power BI), collaborates with stakeholders, mentors team members, and drives best practices within an Agile enterprise environment.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Databricks (certification required)
- Databricks Certification
- 5+ years experience with Azure Data Factory
- 5+ years hands‑on SQL development
- 3+ years Power BI development experience
- Strong experience with Spark programming
- Experience working with Azure Data Lake
- Experience with Unity Catalog and Delta Tables
- Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and validation processes
- Experience performing unit testing and system testing of data solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Preferred: experience in large enterprise data environments
- Preferred: Azure cloud certifications
- Preferred: experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for data engineering
- Preferred: knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices
