About the role
The role is a Data Engineer who will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, optimize Athena tables and dbt models, automate infrastructure with Terraform, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Analytics, BI, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with hands‑on experience building and maintaining ELT pipelines
- Strong Python and SQL skills, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Hands‑on experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration and DAG development
- Practical experience with dbt for data transformation, testing, and modular data modeling
- Hands‑on experience with AWS S3 and Athena, and a solid understanding of data lake architectures
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
