The Data & Compliance Analyst transforms operational and financial data into actionable insights for Atlantic Health Partners’ vaccine purchasing programs, ensuring contract compliance, member retention and revenue optimization while collaborating across operations, finance, marketing, legal, sales and manufacturer partners.

Managed Health Care Associates (MHA) is a health‑care services and technology company that provides post‑acute providers with group purchasing, managed care, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, data analytics and software solutions. An affiliate, Atlantic Health Partners, partners with providers and vaccine manufacturers on purchasing, contracting and analytics. Founded in 1989 and owned by Roper Technologies, MHA serves long‑term care, home infusion, senior living and other group‑living facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Informatics or related field
• Minimum three years experience in business analytics, healthcare operations, reporting, compliance or similar analytical role
• Experience developing dashboards, reports and BI solutions
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively across departments
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, group purchasing, managed care or life sciences (preferred)
• Experience supporting manufacturer contracts or compliance programs (preferred)
• Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience (preferred)
• Experience with automation tools, AI‑enabled reporting or workflow optimization (preferred)
• Familiarity with financial reporting, rebate administration or commission reporting (preferred)
