Data Analyst

About the role

The role is an analytics position within the Revenue Operations & Analytics Business Insights team, responsible for generating insights, building dashboards, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across Growth, Product, Insurance, Finance and executive functions. The analyst will develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, maintain Sigma reports, support budgeting/forecasting, ensure data quality, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in data or business analytics with strong SQL abilities
• Knowledge and interest in insurance
• Ability to drive initiatives from start to end and manage competing priorities
• Ability to dive deep into data while synthesizing the bigger picture for stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Team‑player attitude with desire to drive impact at a fast‑growing company
• Nice to have: experience in insurance, financial services, or similar
• Nice to have: experience with Python, R, or similar analytics tools
• Nice to have: experience with AI (Claude), GitHub, and dbt
• Nice to have: experience in strategy, operations, GTM analytics, financial forecasting, consulting or similar
