The Data Analyst IV manages routine data files and performs complex data intake, analysis, quality control, reporting, and database work to support customer service delivery, mentors junior analysts, and collaborates with internal and external customers on analytical and reporting needs.

Requirements

• BS/BA and 4+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience using MS SQL queries, stored procedures and maintenance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Expertise with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Experience with healthcare pharmacy data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Ability to handle functional problems and difficult analytical tasks
• Ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to take supervisor input and apply feedback accurately
• Ability to employ methodology and documentation tools accurately
• Ability to establish deadlines, create personal work plans, and manage time effectively
• Maintain a very high level of accuracy
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret bar graphs
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
