The Data Analyst / Data Scientist role is a remote, entry‑to‑mid‑level position that compiles actionable insights from data to help program, sales, and marketing managers improve operational excellence and revenue. It involves ensuring data pipelines, cleaning and transforming data, discovering new data sources, building automation tools, and collaborating with managers and senior leadership to deliver high‑impact analytics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to program in any high‑level language
- Proven problem‑solving and debugging skills
- Familiarity with database technologies and tools (SQL, R, SAS, JMP, etc.), data warehousing, transformation, and processing
- Statistical knowledge of techniques such as logistic regression, classification models, cluster analysis, neural networks, random forests, and ensemble methods
- Familiarity with R and statistical packages (preferred)
- Experience working with real data for customer insights, business and market analysis (preferred)
- Experience with text analytics, data mining, and social media analytics (preferred)
