Data Analyst, Clinical Operations

About the role

The Data Analyst supports the Clinical Operations Analytics team by producing clear analyses, dashboards, and reports using SQL and BI tools across claims, ADT/HIE, FHIR, Elevate and other systems, providing insights for internal leaders and customer‑facing reviews while maintaining data models and monitoring data quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency with SQL
• Proficiency with one or more BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
• 2-4 years in healthcare analytics or a related data role
• Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting that supports operations
• Experience analyzing and transforming data in Python
• Familiarity with dbt and analytics engineering best practices
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms
• Experience with healthcare datasets (e.g., claims, ADT/HIE)
• Experience with git for version control
