Dance Team Member

The Dance Team Member is a part‑time, on‑site role within the Game Presentation department, performing high‑energy dance routines during home games, rehearsals, community events and promotional appearances to engage fans, support the Panthers brand and enhance the arena atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule with open availability for 80% of all home games, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Trained in all styles of dance and possess advanced dance technique
• Comfortable performing in front of large crowds and on camera
• General NHL and hockey knowledge
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong work ethic and positive demeanor
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background investigation
• Passionate about the Florida Panthers brand and team
• Positive attitude and ability to multi‑task and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate timely, and excel in a team atmosphere
• Excellent interpersonal skills
