About the role
The role is a builder‑oriented Customer Success / Technical Account Manager for the DACH region, responsible for both technical adoption and commercial outcomes of ElevenLabs’ platform. You will own onboarding, enablement, growth, production‑deployment guidance, and revenue targets such as renewals, expansion and cross‑sell for a defined book of business, working cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, product and marketing.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the DACH region
- Proven experience owning and managing a defined Book of Business
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven experience working across the DACH market with knowledge of its landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity and experience building and deploying AI agents
- Strong builder mindset, thriving in ambiguity and pioneering revenue‑driving innovations across a region or market
- Familiarity with API integrations and comfortable navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying and closing cross‑sell opportunities and renewals
- Excellent problem‑solving, technical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all organizational levels
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
