Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Customer Marketing Manager is a storyteller and relationship‑builder within Pigment’s Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Community & Customer Marketing. The role creates case studies, speaker programs and proof points that showcase customer successes, working closely with the Customer Community function to develop authentic, partnership‑focused customer relationships.
