About the role
The Customer Architect acts as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with account, solutions, and services teams to create technical success plans, guide onboarding and adoption, remove friction, drive consumption of Elastic solutions, and expand ARR, with significant onsite customer travel.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (highly preferred).
- Fluency in German and English required; French a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role (Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre‑sales Engineer) with hands‑on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with one or more Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or the Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and aligning them with business objectives (a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong social skills and ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
