Credit Supervisor

The Credit Supervisor leads a team of credit professionals, overseeing daily credit operations, evaluating creditworthiness, implementing policies, and partnering with sales, finance and operations to balance risk management with business growth while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of financial reporting, operations, finance, and/or credit experience
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally
• Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
• Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma (preferred)
• Experience using financial software, ERP systems, or credit rating tools (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts (preferred)
• Ability to motivate and drive change in a large, dispersed organization (preferred)
• Commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment (preferred)
