Commercial IT Team Lead – Data Migration

About the role

Lead the delivery team for a large‑scale data migration and digital transformation programme, owning scope, priorities, resources, timelines and performance while ensuring alignment with programme objectives, managing senior stakeholders and coordinating across business, IT and data functions in a remote international setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT delivery leader in large‑scale data migration or digital transformation programmes
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgetary constraints
• Demonstrated senior stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across business, IT and data domains
• Ability to work remotely in an international, distributed environment
