Commercial Financial Specialist

About the role

Finance Manager based in the Colombia office (in‑person three days a week) responsible for assessing financial risk, delivering executive‑level reporting, supporting strategic and ad‑hoc initiatives, conducting deep financial analysis, communicating insights, and driving process improvement and automation across finance operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong experience with Python and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ownership mindset.
• Results‑driven, able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Experience in valuation, financial modeling, and data modeling.
• Strong background in business analytics.
• Proven ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and operational opportunities.
