About the role
The Chief of Staff will serve as the right‑hand to the Global Operations COO, based in Barcelona, supporting strategic decision‑making, cross‑functional coordination, budgeting and high‑impact projects across the worldwide Operations organization.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics (MBA preferred)
- 8‑10 years of experience in strategic consulting, Chief of Staff or business management roles, preferably in a tech company
- Strong business acumen and cross‑functional mindset
- Excellent analytical skills with confidence handling numbers and complex information
- Outstanding interpersonal, diplomatic and communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in at least one additional European language (e.g., Italian, French)
- Highly organized, deadline‑driven project manager with problem‑solving attitude
