The Chief of Staff to the SVP, Global Value Engineering is a trusted member of the Value Engineering leadership team who supports the SVP in strategy definition, execution of high‑impact projects, governance, budget management and cross‑functional alignment, acting as a sounding board and driving operational excellence across the global VE organization.

Requirements

• Understanding of Celonis’ strategy and ability to navigate the organization
• Strong business and commercial acumen; understanding of Finance as a strategic function in a global scale‑up
• Deep project management experience delivering complex projects from inception to completion
• Prior consulting experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to handle uncertainty, solve complex problems and build scalable processes
• Innovative mindset working with abstract ideas across Finance
• Quick learner comfortable in high‑growth, constantly changing environment
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential financial material in a public company
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organization
• Experience interacting confidently with Board and C‑Suite
• Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results autonomously while inspiring collaborative solutions
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational thinking
• Initiative‑taking and comfortable working with a wide range of people
• Calm under fire demeanor
• Willingness to take on new challenges leading to increased scope over time
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship)
