About the role
The role is a 10‑month contract Change Management Professional based in Baltimore, tasked with driving adoption and operational integration of Sand’s AI platforms within U.S. public‑sector organizations. The professional will lead stakeholder engagement, design governance and change‑management processes, and work closely with product, engineering and data science teams to ensure sustained use of the Intelligence Center’s AI‑enabled solutions.

Requirements
- 10+ years experience leading large‑scale digital, AI, analytics, or operational transformation programs in complex enterprise or public sector settings
- Proven track record of driving executive alignment, organizational adoption, and operating model transformation for technology initiatives
- Experience working with senior leadership, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to embed new ways of working and achieve measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of AI/ML‑enabled operating models, governance, stakeholder management, and behavioral change
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑paced, politically sensitive environments with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and ability to translate technical concepts into business narratives
- Highly strategic, collaborative, execution‑oriented with ownership and problem‑solving mindset
- Preferred experience in consulting or enterprise transformation firms (e.g., BCG, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, Slalom)
- Holds a recognized change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or equivalent transformation leadership experience
- Willingness to work on‑site in Baltimore with ~75% travel to client locations
