The WC Case Manager will manage day-to-day operations for the law firm, providing administrative support and acting as a liaison among clients, attorneys, insurers, medical providers and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, ensuring cases stay on track and clients receive excellent service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Associate’s degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
- Extensive computer and database expertise; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; typing speed of at least 35 wpm
