Bilingual Referral Coordinator (Remote PST, Spanish Speaking)

The Referral Coordinator serves as the scheduling backbone for Pair Team’s care coordination model, managing patient referrals, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and release of information processes while collaborating with case managers, providers, and health plans to ensure timely, coordinated, HIPAA‑compliant care—all done remotely on PST hours.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• At least 1 year of healthcare operations or administrative experience in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
• Previous experience as a Referral Coordinator, Medical Assistant, or healthcare appointment scheduling preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
• Comfort navigating insurance portals and verifying eligibility or provider information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and empathy
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and data tools such as Looker or comparable platforms
• Reliable HIPAA‑compliant workspace with stable internet connection
