BI Reports Developer

About the role

The BI Reports Developer designs, develops, and maintains interactive BI reports and dashboards to enable data‑driven decision‑making. Working remotely within the Product Development department and reporting to the Director of Analytics Engineering, the role collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and provide user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience as a BI Report Developer or similar role
• 3 years of experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Sigma Computing, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and ETL processes
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Effective communication skills with ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders
• 3 years of experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation (preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud‑based BI solutions (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure) (preferred)
• Understanding of statistical analysis techniques (preferred)
