As a Backend Engineering Specialist – AI Trainer (contract, remote, mid‑senior), you will review and annotate AI‑generated backend code, assess its correctness, efficiency and scalability, document error patterns, and work with the team to improve prompts, evaluation methods and engineering guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong experience with backend languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C++
• Experience with backend frameworks like Django, Spring, or Express
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Demonstrated coding expertise and architectural insight
• Clear communication, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail
• Experience with API design, distributed systems, cloud services, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a strong plus
• Ability to work remotely with a secure computer and stable internet connection
