Requirements

• Diploma in care assistance or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in personal assistance (or 18 months if enrolling in Ouihelp’s paid internal training)
• Ability to work part‑time or full‑time under a CDI mandataire contract
• Willingness to use digital tools for scheduling and administration
• Position is handicap‑friendly and does not require a driving licence
