Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

About the role

Principal Software Engineer responsible for leading end‑to‑end development of AI‑enabled products, designing agentic workflows, building scalable backend services, contributing to React front‑ends, architecting microservices, ensuring security, and driving CI/CD while collaborating with product, design and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on software engineering or application development experience.
• Strong programming expertise in Python or Node.js in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience building modern front‑end applications with React.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and/or NoSQL platforms (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Solid understanding of API design principles, including RESTful services, and familiarity with asynchronous programming concepts.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development practices in team settings.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to producing clean, maintainable, well‑documented code with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
