About the role

The Architectural Designer develops and refines design solutions for Base’s infrastructure and facilities, producing presentation drawings, 3D models, and construction documents while leading BIM coordination and ensuring code compliance. Working with minimal supervision, the role collaborates across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, schedule‑ and budget‑driven projects ranging from battery factories to corporate campuses.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of commercial and technical design experience; NCARB‑accredited architecture degree required.
  • Architectural license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Experience with corporate headquarters or flagship campus design projects preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI image generation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
  • Proven track record delivering detailed drawings and coordination on complex, multi‑phased capital projects with minimal supervision.
  • Deep practical knowledge of MEPFP coordination and digital BIM workflows.
  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, highly motivated with exceptional communication skills and eagerness to assume increasing responsibility in a high‑velocity environment.
