About the role
The Apprentice Electrician works on‑site daily with the Installers team, assisting licensed electricians with installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and general electrical tasks on battery systems. The role emphasizes hands‑on learning, tool and material management, quality compliance, and occasional after‑hours support, providing a pathway toward Wireman or Journeyman status.

Requirements
- Enrolled in or eligible for an Apprentice Electrician program (Texas Apprentice License preferred)
- 0–2+ years of construction, electrical, or hands‑on trade experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a “do it right” attitude
- Ability to follow directions, ask good questions, and work well with a team
