About the role
Regional Support Project Manager responsible for end‑to‑end execution of new, remodel and maintenance projects for KFC restaurants across the United States, partnering with construction, operations and franchise teams to ensure budgets, schedules, permits and vendor activities are coordinated and delivered.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; related professional registrations/certifications a plus.
- 2+ years construction, architecture, or project management experience.
- Familiarity with construction management processes such as RFIs, RFPs, and drawing reviews; ability to evaluate proposals and bids.
- Experience working with local municipal authorities to obtain permits and meet jurisdictional requirements.
- Multi‑unit restaurant/retail experience preferred.
- Strong track record of communicating consistent and accurate information to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to balance technical execution with speed and progress.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across the organization.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a bias toward action.
- Advocate for the brand and champion recognition culture.
- Knowledge of reading and understanding architectural drawings.
- Comfortable in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Intellectual curiosity and personal accountability to meet and exceed goals.
- Excellent organizational skills to track project performance and meet objectives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal support.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Preferred experience with Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SmartSheet, Procore, and Docusign.
- Optional experience with AutoCAD.
