The AI/LLM Engineer develops and deploys AI‑enabled applications, agents, copilots, workflows, and services, integrates AI capabilities with enterprise systems, and supports initiatives from proof‑of‑concept through production, including model evaluation, prompt optimization, troubleshooting, reusable component creation, and technical documentation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
- 5+ years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks
- 5+ years of Python development experience building production‑quality applications
- Experience consuming APIs and integrating applications with enterprise systems
- Familiarity with cloud‑native development practices and modern software engineering methodologies
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative engineering environment
- Experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks
- Experience building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automation solutions
- Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise search capabilities
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms, or similar systems
- Understanding of responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance considerations
