About the role

The Growth Marketing Manager is a hands‑on individual contributor reporting to the CMO, responsible for owning and scaling the demand generation engine, designing and executing multi‑channel programs, optimizing funnels, and driving qualified pipeline across multiple markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or similar hands‑on marketing role.
  • Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or other B2B channels.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing fundamentals including demand generation, conversion funnels, attribution, experimentation, paid acquisition, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Experience planning and executing field marketing initiatives, webinars, events, or regional marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Design teams.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience creating campaign messaging, briefs, and marketing content.
  • Self‑starter with bias for action who enjoys testing, learning, and continuously improving marketing performance.
  • EdTech or B2B SaaS experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work remotely within European time zones (CET preferred).
