AI Engineer

About the role

The senior AI Engineer will design and build multi‑agent AI systems, orchestrate LLMs and RAG pipelines, develop full‑stack Node.js/Next.js applications and REST APIs, optimize databases and cloud infrastructure, integrate embeddings and video classification, and lead the end‑to‑end deployment while ensuring code quality and collaborating with product and design teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing multi‑agent AI architectures with memory, tools and feedback loops (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI or custom)
• Strong full‑stack development skills in Node.js and Next.js
• Proficiency in Python (preferred)
• Ability to design API orchestration, handle errors and manage integration complexity
• Experience building retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Experience creating and integrating REST APIs in Node.js
• Hands‑on use of AI‑powered IDE tools such as Cursor
• Deep knowledge of LLM selection and embedding creation/usage
• Strong understanding of API architecture, performance tuning and SQL database optimization
• Demonstrated technical leadership from design through deployment
• Commitment to high code quality standards, automation, testing and code reviews
• Excellent communication across product, design and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok, from technical and consumer perspectives
• Prior experience with video content classification, embeddings or tagging
