About the role

A 12‑month W2 contract role supporting a new strategic initiative focused on AI‑enabled solutions and intelligent automation, working from one of the company’s offices and delivering scalable, production‑ready AI applications.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong object‑oriented programming skills in C#/.NET (preferred) or Java.
  • Hands‑on experience building Generative AI or LLM‑based enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflows.
  • Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and vector search.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and non‑relational/document databases.
  • Experience working with document databases and unstructured data.
  • Exposure to data and analytics solutions.
  • Strong problem‑solving and solution design capabilities.
  • Ability to work on‑site from one of the company’s offices.
