About the role

Designs and builds enterprise‑grade AI agents on Google Gemini Enterprise using the Agent Development Kit for finance, marketing, and HR use cases, implementing agent logic, orchestration, memory, tools, prompts, and guardrails while contributing reusable components to the client’s agent library.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Google ADK and Gemini Enterprise agent development.
• Strong Python programming skills and prompt engineering for LLM/GenAI applications.
• Experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector search, and grounding.
• Understanding of agent orchestration (A2A) and MCP tool integration.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in GenAI/LLM development.
• Ability to work onsite in the USA aligned to client hours.
• Preferred: experience with Vertex AI, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Cloud Run or GKE.
• Preferred: knowledge of AI safety, evaluation, and guardrail patterns (Model Armor, Guardrails AI).
• Preferred: exposure to finance, marketing, or HR domains.
• Preferred: Google Cloud / Gemini / ADK certification.
