Full‑time Customer Service Agent in Tirana supporting customers, restaurants and riders via chat and phone, ensuring smooth deliveries, collaborating with the Customer Support team and other Wolt groups to improve processes and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with an empathic, customer‑focused approach and strong teamwork orientation.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Availability to work shifts—including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays—as support operates 7 days a week.
• Residency in Tirana, Albania.
• Availability to start in August 2026.
