About the role

The Adoption Strategist is the senior customer‑facing owner for enterprise and strategic accounts, responsible for designing and executing adoption frameworks, accelerating user engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes on Ironclad’s AI‑driven platform, while coordinating with Customer Value, Product, Sales and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Organizational Development or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Change Management or Enterprise SaaS adoption.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, AI technologies, organizational change management and customer success methodologies.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
  • Experience using adoption metrics and analytics to measure customer success and business outcomes.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and executive leadership teams.
