Account Manager (Contract)

About the role

The Account Manager will own and grow relationships with partners, prospects and customers in the Benelux region, driving new‑logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. The role focuses on pipeline generation, quota attainment, accurate forecasting and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, engineering, product, professional services and finance to deliver a white‑glove, consultative experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years proven experience within a vendor environment
• Hunter mindset with ability to self‑prospect and go‑getter personality
• Proven record of consistent quarterly over‑achievement
• Experience selling network security products, preferably in early‑stage growth companies
• Understanding of selling SaaS subscription models with ACV targets
• Direct sales experience, ideally to industrial automation, controls or security customers
• Knowledge of information security principles and networking technologies
• Background in OT/IoT industrial sectors (oil & gas, utility, manufacturing) is a plus
• Ability to navigate customer decision‑making processes
• Experience establishing and fostering strong channel partner relationships
• High integrity and consultative selling approach
• Strong communication, presentation, problem‑solving and persuasion skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
• Valid passport required for travel
