About the role
The Behavior Technician provides one‑on‑one and group behavior‑analytic services, implements BCBA‑developed strategies, documents progress, collaborates with families and supervisors, and follows crisis protocols to support children’s development in a supportive, coached environment.

Requirements
- Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus)
- High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain Board‑Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) credential within 90 days of start date
- Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30–40‑minute radius using reliable transportation
- Tech‑savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Successful completion of post‑offer background check and motor vehicle report
