About the role

Primary Owner for Logistics (WMS/OTM) within the Application Support team, serving as functional lead for Oracle WMS, custom programs and warehouse IT infrastructure, handling incident management, integration projects and knowledge management to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Oracle EBS Logistics/WMS/OTM.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes (LPN, packing slips, label printing, shipping rates, carrier integrations).
  • Experience developing and maintaining custom warehouse programs and reports.
  • Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and incident management for logistics systems.
  • Familiarity with IBM Cognos, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Oracle Gateway.
  • Experience troubleshooting warehouse IT hardware such as printers and label scanners.
  • Ability to collaborate with EDI, development, logistics, and warehouse teams.
  • Remote work capability; contract W2 position.
